When I entered the service center, some of the service advisors were busy with customers, some were not. I sat down in the waiting area, but was not acknowledged. I sat and waited for awhile. Even after there were no other customers in the area, none of the service advisors seemed to know that I was waiting to get my service. Finally, someone looked up and asked if I was waiting and called me over. After that, the experience was good, but I didn't like waiting and not being acknowledged, even when there were no other customers around. Your customer lounge is great. Thanks for the snacks and the comfortable area. There was a Post-Dispatch available to read last time, but this time there was no paper. It's nice to have a newspaper to read while waiting. More
I purchased a Toyota Avalon XLE Premium car on 11/22/13 from Seeger Toyota. My salesman was Tony Nakajima. The Finance Manager I dealt with was Greg Brown. I was impressed with both individuals. They were very friendly, very well informed, and did not pressure me to come to a decision. I asked a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them. I rarely encounter this as I usually ask questions that most people probably do not ask. They offered me a number of options regarding the car in terms of purchasing the car and warranties. I liked the flexibility of what was offered and chose a number of different options including the extended warranty. After I purchased the car, I was also impressed with the fact that Tony walked out to the car with me and explained the entire information display to me. I felt comfortable operating the car at that point. I was impressed with the information display in that most of it fairly intuitive and not hard to grasp which I found in other car manufacturers from cars that I have rented in the past few months from Enterprise Rental Car. I also liked that he went ahead and scheduled a service appointment in 6 months to have the tires rotated. I had previously purchased cars from Seeger from about 1970 to 1990, then purchased cars from Infiniti from 1990 to 2013. I liked Infiniti, but I could not find a car I liked within my price range. Seeger could do that with the Avalon and gave me a price I could afford. I would definitely recommend Seeger to others. More
I was taking my car to Jay Wolfe and after the 3rd time they did work that had already been or work that didn't need to be done I quit. (It took a lot of my time to research the charges and phonecalls to g they did work that had already been or work that didn't need to be done I quit. I really appreciated Seeger doing exactly what they said they would do without trying to charge me for service that didn't need to be done. They offered me a ride back to work (something Jay Wolfe never did). Bravo to Seeger. I know I'll keep going back. More
I never thought I would go all goo-goo over a waiting room, but I actually look forward to getting my car serviced here. The people are friendly, the waiting room is clean and confortable, food and drin room, but I actually look forward to getting my car serviced here. When I decided it was time for a new Sienna, he made himse have been life-long loyal Toyota customers. Mark always makes the process easy and fast. When I decided it was time for a new Sienna, he made himself available to me on short notice. His friendly, easy-to-talk-to manner is always a welcomed bonus when searching for a new vehicle. I also appreciate the organized, efficient, family-like atmosphere of the service dept at Seeger. Even though there are other Toyota dealerships closer to me in proximity, I will continue to go to Seeger! More

I would definitely do business with him again and would gladly recommend him to friends and family. Additionally, Greg Brown was also great to work with through the financing portion of the purchase. He made me feel comfortable and at ease and explained everything thoroughly. This was the second vehicle we have purchased through Seeger and the second experience was as great as the first. I bought this car because of Peggy Fortner Phinney. Before we actually came to the dealership I had called Peggy and asked about a Solera convertible. She tried to find one for me and gave me various web sites. I did not see one that I wanted to buy so my husband and I came to the dealership to look at used RAV4's. We looked at several used and drove one. Peggy explained the differences between the used and 2013 ones. My husband was especially impressed with the way she compared cars and the various options. He even kept the sheet of paper with her notes on it. Peggy was so knowledgeable, not pushy, just very, very helpful. Before we left we had purchased a 2013 RAV4. When we came to pick up the car we were introduced to many people--afraid to name any --I might miss someone, but all very very friendly and made us feel important. We saw the service department, customer waiting area, and signed up for my first service appointment. Peggy was so good at explaining all the electronic things to a "non geek" person. Two days later she even called me and asked if I had any questions. I, of course did and she helped me. In conclusion, although everything was great, I give Peggy all the credit for our purchase. More
