I am always impressed by the prompt, courteous service that I receive at Seeger! I also appreciate having a free car wash at each of my service visits. Good service department with friendly staff. The 30,000 mile service was explained to me in detail as well as the charges. Because I had a commitment I was concerned with time needed for the service to be mile service was explained to me in detail as well as the charges. Because I had a commitment I was concerned with time needed for the service to be completed. Dave assured me I would be out in plenty of time. He was right. Service was done in a timely manner. All tests/services/results were explained when the service was completed. Since I have not had to pay for previous service (oil change/tire rotation, etc.) I was surprised at the initial estimate. However, I do not feel the charges were out of line. A positive experience. But trying to submit this survey has been very frustrating. This is the 3rd time I have tried to submit it. More

Seeger had the car I was looking for and at a fair price. They were willing to throw in an updated DVD for the navigation system and extended the length of the warranty without increasing the cost. We do not give "Great". Price could have been somewhat better. Tony was very friendly and worked hard to satisfy. We had some confusion about inclusion on rebate in price.
