I never mind sitting in the waiting room for my car at Seeger Toyota. The customer lounge is so comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks. Any time a car service was complete, a representative came into the room and spoke directly to the customer! NO intercom announcement. This is service at its best. I had a great experience at Seeger. I actually told my salesperson that I came back to get the Toyota RAV 4 instead of the Honda CRV I was looking at because I had such a better experience at Seeger than salesperson that I came back to get the Toyota RAV 4 instead of the Honda CRV I was looking at because I had such a better experience at Seeger than I did at the Honda dealership. The service was great but the fact that the pad on the handle of the latch for the back hatch could not be replaced without replacing the whole locking system is very POOR design. I came in for an oil change and emissions inspection, and the appointment went incredibly smoothly. Someone greeted me at the door and held it open for me. The person who checked me out was pleasant and answered my questions about using the emissions report to renew my license plates online. I appreciated having a clean car to drive home. This is my fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership, and my family has been buying cars from Seeger as well. It had been many years since I had been back to St. Louis, and when it came time for a vehicl and my family has been buying cars from Seeger as well. It had been many years since I had been back to St. Louis, and when it came time for a vehicle this time, I went straight to Seeger Toyota. I wasn't sure about what I was going to get, if anything at that point. A nice gentlemen came out to help (Bill Beattie) and in a non "sales-oriented way" went about asking me questions, showing me vehicles, and just having a conversation about my quandary. (Since I was going to be a part time resident here again, I wasn't sure if I wanted new or used or what.) Bill was kind, informative, gave personal experiences, and we really had a conversation about the best way to go and NOT a sales pitch. I had been thinking over this situation for a few weeks, and in a few short hours, had come to the conclusion (through his help) to lease a new Toyota Camry SE 4 cylinder. We discussed a few add-ons that I was interested in, and I told him I would be back next week to order the vehicle. I came back the next week, as promised, ordered the vehicle, and found it would not be ready for a few days (which was fine). When I came back, the vehicle was beautiful, ready, had all the options I had asked for and Greg Brown handled the finance aspect in much the same way as Bill did (person to person, as opposed to dealer to customer). I would & will recommend this dealer to ANYONE in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. They truly care about the customer as part of the "Seeger Family" and they spend their time to treat you like gold. Truly a great experience, for which I thank them, and I would not go anywhere else. Thank you to the entire Seeger family for maintaining a tradition in the industry that is second to none! More

Went in to buy a new Avalon. Car was advertised on the dealership's web page. It was still available. I asked for the invoice. Decided it was a fair profit for them and a good discount for me. I had an oil change and an overall check of my 2012 Camry SE. There was also a part on order that came in but unfortunately another part had to be ordered and I will be called when it comes in.
