From time to time I am required to go in for an oil change which is a normal service, but often requires a scheduled appointment due to the sheer volume of people whom Seeger services in a weekend. This time around I scheduled two appointments, one for my Sienna minivan for a timing belt and another for my wife's Corolla for the standard oil change service. I have to admit, I have never been a fan of leaving my vehicle but Nikki and Glen both were excellent in providing me with a courtesy vehicle and also then allowing me to wait for my wife's vehicle. Both services were done with a lot of professionalism and courtesy. Even though I required an additional service item on my Sienna, Glen was great to notify me and still go it done before my business day ended so I could pick it up after work. Nikki and Glen are both great examples of what I expect customer service to be and should both be commended. I know they care just from the way they speak to me when I show up. More
