I have had a problem with my tire light for over a year. I have brought the auto in atlest 6 times. After six visits they finally found a sensor was bad. I had quite an enjoyable experience car shopping at Seeger Toyota. In fact, because of the exceptional customer service, I chose to go with a Toyota Rav4 over other similar cars from different dealersh Seeger Toyota. I decided to look at new cars although I still truly loved my Echo and it was still running wonderfully --- but, it was almost 13 years old. I was looking at cars on the lot and Marc Wright came over t loved my Echo and it was still running wonderfully --- but, it was almost 13 years old. I was looking at cars on the lot and Marc Wright came over to be of help. He was very informative, did not pressure, gave suggestions, called with follow-up answers I had asked him about trade-in of my Echo. When I went out to look again, he made suggestions of cars, etc. that he thought would be a good match, told me what colors were available, etc. We took the car for a test drive and by the time we got back to Seeger's, I knew I wanted the Corolla. I have had it three days and I am very happy with it already. It was hard to separate from the Echo because I never had any trouble with it and it had a great deal of miles on it but I do know I made the correct decision and it was because of the guidance from Marc Wright. One of his customers was handicapped, and the other customer was trepidatious about driving an unfamiliar car. With uncommon patience and grace, Harvey showed us a procession of cars, attempting to assess each vehicle for its wheel chair access. Facilitating a wheel chair transfer into a car is not an easy task. And considering the unseemly height of all of these cars for a handicapped person, it took considerable time and effort to figure out the best choice of a car for us. And Harvey gamely went for test rides, and he patiently explained the intricate mechanics of the key, the dashboard, etc. Plus, when we called about the persistently, mysteriously blinking Security light even in an unlocked car, he allayed our fears. Purchasing the car was accented with kindness: 1. Harvey and an unknown mechanic fixed the broken brake on the wheel chair. Please find out who fixed the brake and thank him for us. 2. Harvey called his grandmother seeking information about cushions and other items to help with the transition into the car to help a handicapped person. Then Harvey went on Amazon.com to find these items of interest, and he sent us all of this information for our consideration. We would be abjectly remiss if we also did not thank our old friend, Gary, Don, and Mark (who volunteered to transfer the license plates) for all of their help. In addition, we would like to thank the injured mechanic who also volunteered to help us install the floor mats. The facility was nice and I loved the short wait time when my financing paperwork was being processed. I also enjoyed the waiting area which contained numerous refreshments and snacks. However, I felt slightly pressured when it came to buying an extended warranty. I had originally said "no" to the 7-year warranty but I was then asked over and over again despite the fact that I said "no" the first time. More
