The sales person, Randy Higson, is the primary reason my daughter, who needed another car, and I revisited the lot in about 48 hours and made a purchase at Seeger Toyota. My experience at Seeger Toyota was fantastic! I was helped just minutes after I arrived. The service person was excellent. I had a hot cocoa and some peanut butter crackers while I waited, and I sat at a table, which allowed me to do the work I'd brought with me. The service person came up to discuss with me and show me a problem I was having and told me what I needed to have done, and I okayed it. I continued working and had a small bag of peanuts. Carol, the woman who takes care of the lounge, was so friendly and kind, and we talked for awhile and had a great conversation. And before I knew it, my car was finished, and Rick came up to tell me that. It only took a minute to go to the cashier and check out, and my car was fixed fantastically. I'm always impressed with Seeger and even eager to make my regular service appointments because it's so pleasant to wait there while my car is being fixed. I've been going to Seeger since 1984 when I bought my first Toyota Tercel there, and I've bought every Toyota I've had there since then. I wouldn't think of going any other place. More
