My right front interior door panel was coming off, dislodged. In 45 years of car ownership, I have never had a door panel come off and especially a car that is only 6 years old. We keep all of our veh dislodged. In 45 years of car ownership, I have never had a door panel come off and especially a car that is only 6 years old. We keep all of our vehicles a minimum of 10-13 years. Will was very helpful, checked out my vehicle, discussed my options (new or repair), the cost of each, and even found and spoke with the person who does Seeger auto repairs. His customer service was A+. Offered me a loaner car (never have had a loaner car for service before), explained everything about the loaner car. Called me within the time frame he promised to let me know when my car was done. Was disappointed that my extended service warranty did not cover the door panel, I felt the cost of repair was high $390.00 and I can still see cracks where it was not all "glued". If I have any further interior repair/replacements on my Camry, I will check with some other auto repair places and not necessarily a Toyota dealer. As seniors on limited income, this was a very expensive repair, but I want my Camry to continue to look as nice a possible for many more years. More

Very Friendly and helpful at finding the best quality Camry in my price range. Randy Hixson is the best car sales represetative that I have ever worked with. After agreeing to a great price for the 2012 Camry and getting my wife and I some good discounts, he worked with us on getting a great value for our 11 year old car. We thought that we would have to sell our 11 year old car ourselves in order to get any money out of it, but Randy worked with us and we traded the old car, which saved me the agravation of posting and selling the car. Also requested that they lube door hinges and trunk lid they did without charging extra. My wife dropped me off to pick up the Highlander and got her car washed just by requesting with Rick. Seeger has been servicing her Prius since 2008. Nikki took care of installing Seeger license plate frames. I had been getting my car serviced by another dealer. I will now come to Seeger for my future service. Overall experience with the folks I came in contact with was great. They were friendly and courteous. Thanks for the great service Bob and Dorothy Zuniga More
I am generally a huge fan of Seeger Toyota, have purchased a car from them in the past, and have regularly used their outstanding service department. I can't say enough about the friendly and profe purchased a car from them in the past, and have regularly used their outstanding service department. I can't say enough about the friendly and professional staff in the service department and would particularly like to comment on how much I enjoy(ed) working with Rick (Service Advisor), Nikki and Joseph (the telephone appointment person). I have worked with Ray Berry, one of the used car salesman, and he is an honest man and a true asset to the dealership. It was my sincere desire to patronize this business and buy a new and/or newer (low-mileage) Prius from the dealership and I recently attempted to strike a deal for such a car. While the advertised price of the car I wanted to buy was fair and competitive, Mike Kabbaz refused to give me a fair trade-in allowance on my car. Therefore, one-half of the deal was sour (the trade-in offer), which made the overall deal uncompetitive. I have referred two other individuals to this dealership, and they have reported similar experiences. My primary concern is that the dealership's website invites consumers to appraise the value of their trade using Kelley Blue Book, but it seems that Mike Kabbaz completely ignores KBB when determining the value of a trade. For example, Mike's initial offer on my car was $1,750 below KBB value, he followed up with an offer that was $1,250 below KBB, and made a final offer that was still $750 below KBB. (By the way, these numbers are based on KBB "Good" Trade-in value, and my car was in Good - Very Good condition.) A word to the wise: If you want to strike a cash deal for a new or used car (w/no trade) I highly recommend this dealership. If you want an excellent place for top-notch service, I high recommend this dealership. If you don't mind taking a hit on the trade in value of your car, and you don't mind if Mike Kabbaz makes $3,500 -$5,000 profit when he re-sells your car, go ahead and trade your car in a Seeger. If you do decide to trade and/or sell your used Toyota at this dealership, research the fair value of your car BEFORE you make the deal. In every case, don't let Mike Kabbaz ignore the very reference guide that the dealership invites you to use. I ended up buying my 2012 Prius at another dealership, but have already taken my new car to Seeger's service department. More
I had used Seeger in the past and was so impressed with price, customer service and friendliness that I returned to purchase another new car from Seeger. My overall experience this time was just as awesom price, customer service and friendliness that I returned to purchase another new car from Seeger. My overall experience this time was just as awesome as I had remembered. Fair trade in and very happy with the car I purchased. Jay Clark, my salesperson, explained every little detail about my new car and made certain I did not have any other questions. I highly recommend this dealership for a very fair and positive car experience. More
