I brought my Camry in for my 10000 mile service and a couple other items. Will ensured that all my concerns were addressed and kept in constant communication with me. He explained everything to me and even took the time to go out to my car and show me a few things. This was a much better experience than I had at a different dealer for my 5000 mile service. I brought up some of the same concerns there and they made up excuses and blew them off. Thanks for taking great care of me. Great new car buying experience,there was no bs and Peggy was very professional,knowledgable,as well as friendly. This is in stark contrast to my experience about 8 years ago when I purchased an Avalon elesw was very professional,knowledgable,as well as friendly. Overall we had a great experience at Seeger Toyota. Randy and Christine were both very helpful. We test drove two vans and their was no high pressure sales which my husband and I really appreciated since we were kind of dreading buying a car in the first place for this reason. Christine and Randy were casual and friendly while we were filling out the paperwork and we always felt very comfortable. We waited in the waiting area which was unbelievable and makes me look forward to getting my car serviced at Seegar toyota (Randy already made me an appointment - yay). We met with Greg to go over the financing and it again was very comforatable and casual and a great experience. Greg was again very knowledeable and explained everything and answered all our questions even related to our old car that we sold and didn't trade in. As we were leaving Christine helped with my bluetooth setup and is currently helping me with getting floor mats. Randy has followed up to ask if we have any questions and just to make sure we still love our new car. Again, we will definitely go back to Seegar Toyotal for our next car. More

Seeger Toyota of St. Louis, Mmissouri has always been responsive to service needs. The scheduling is done expeditiously; reminders are sent to confirm appointment and when you arrive you are met with c responsive to service needs. The upgraded Waiting Area provides a pleasant area to wait for completion of service and the personal touch of the service rep coming to tell you your car is ready is another plus. If additional work is needed it is explained thoroughly and options for immediate and future repair are provided. One suggestion I would make is that when service reps inform customers of problems, suggested additional repair costs etc that it be done in a more private setting or surely with lower voice tones. It is not necessary for the entire waiting area to hear the complete rundown, including cost estimate and the customer's decision. These should be for hearing only bertween rep and customer. I brought my car into the dealership to be serviced on a Saturday. Rick fit me in with no appointment and was able to fix the problem the same day. He kept me updated throughout the day. First I would like to say WOW, I love my newly used car. I looked for weeks and dealt with some real unsavory people. I am sorry I have put this off because if anyone deserves credit for being a wonderful salesman it is your man Ray Berry. He was very attentive to my wants and needs. He was very patient with my 4 yr old Olivia and complimented her blue eyes and her being well behaved. He was very informative and I found him to be honest and upfront, no hiding anything or holding anything back. He double checked things on my paper work to make sure it was all correct and accurate. He made sure I understood everything there was to understand with the vehicle and the warrenty. He offered us a snack and beverages. He also went to his manager Tom I believe his name was, anyway he had asked him for approval on a lower price that I threw out there even though I was already knowledgable of the deal I was already getting. With no surprise Ray came back and shook my hand and said congratulations on your new purchase!!!!!! It was closing time and getting late, He assured me he was going to have my car ready early the next day with a full tank of gas and a shiney car wash along with my paper work to finish up. I walked away thinking he wasnt pushy and annoying as I was expecting when I arrived. The next morning Ray greeted me witha cheerful smile and again offered a beverage and snacks for my daughter and I. We looked over the clean car till it was time to complete my paper work inside , which didnt take long at all by the way. After the papers were signed he was standing there with a gift bag for me (which my little girl took from me, oh well ). He walked me to my vehicle and made sure I didnt have anymore questions for him and he then reassured me about my warrenty and what to do if I had any problems. He looked to me and spoke to me as if he was speaking to a family member. He told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. He also informed me of a $100 bonus I could receive if I sent someone in to purchase a car. Soon as I thought I heard the last from Ray he called me a couple days later asking how I was and if I was enjoying my new vehicle and if I and any problems or questions. I just want to say that I have never had such wonderful service and please thank Ray for me. You can count on the fact my next vehicle puchase will be at Seeger without a doubt.
