Came to dealership for first service after purchasing a pre-owned Camry. Everything was good except the waiting time. I received an e-mail more than a month in advance of this appointment. It was very busy and I had to wait over 2 hours for a tire rotation, oil change, and air filter replacement. Because of this, I would consider not returning to the dealership. I have no problem waiting, but when a simple appointment is made months in advance, more timely service should be provided. Otherwise, reschedule my appointment. More

I needed a headlight replaced. Despite having no appointment, my car was serviced promptly, and the staff were all very courteous. I have been very pleased with Seeger's service department over the appointment, my car was serviced promptly, and the staff were all very courteous. I have been very pleased with Seeger's service department over the three years I have been a Toyota owner. On the other hand, this was the second headlight I have had to replace. I hope the replacements last considerably longer than the original equipment headlights. The price for a replacement headlight seems excessive, as well. NOTE: I do not know the name of the employee who checked me in, or the cashier who checked me out. However, I was required to check at least one name above. More

The only problem I had with the service was the Renal car. It was sparkling on the outside but inside was so dirty that I avoided driving the car altogether. It looks like you charged Toyota care $160 car. It was sparkling on the outside but inside was so dirty that I avoided driving the car altogether. I did not have an appt but stopped by on the chance I could get in for an oil and filter c supervisor that was on duty Monday evening December 3rd.
