Have been a Toyota owner and service customer for years. Went to Seeger for an oil change and state inspection. After 2 hours I was told could not due the inspection because of a computer problem. I can get an appt within a week. I don't have to wait long in the reception area. I really enjoy the break area upstairs. I had a very good experience with Jay Clark and the other people at Seeger. They were able to make an increase in the price of my trade-in car. I also received help with the complicated system of the Prius people at Seeger. They were able to make an increase in the price of my trade-in car. always get routine maintenance done at Seeger on both Priuses. Work is always done in a timely manner with no problems. Easy to schedule and its great to see familiar faces to deal with. Bill was great to work with. The truck we wanted had sold but he searched and found an equivalent demo in our price range. Peggy Fortner went out of her way to show us all of the features of the 2012 Sienna. Beside being hard working and conscientious, she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all of the aspects about the car. T features of the 2012 Sienna. Again, Peggy really understood the technology in the car and she also did a good job of helping us get a good deal done with the dealership. The only problem for us is that we live 180 miles away and cannot seemingly take advantage of the great service that the Seegar Dealership and Peggy would offer us. More

The rep at the service center was very friendly. I can't remember her name, however. She was kind and friendly to my 2-year-old son, too, and gave us a brief tour of the customer lounge. I was impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the lounge, and extremely grateful for the closed-off children's room, with toys and television. My son had a ball during our 45-minute visit. My only complaint about the actual service relates to the complimentary car wash. I had washed my car just a week prior to my service appointment. But when the rep said I have the option of a complimentary wash, I took it. Why wouldn't I? Unfortunately, I was terribly dissatisfied. Seeger Toyota claims the wash uses a "spotless" rinse, but that was not the case at all. In fact, because of the resulting water spots, my Prius ended up looking dirtier than it did before I brought it in. More
This is the second time that I have worked with Ray Berry. The first time we were not able to make a deal, but this time Seeger Toyota had the car that I wanted and the price was reasonable. I was looking for a place to take my 2007 Toyota Prius that were skilled at working on a Prius and also that would be honest with me. I showed up at the service entrance and was greeted by Tim Connelly. He took my information and answered some question I had about fixing the car with great expertise. I went to their comfortable lounge where they had complimentary coffee and extras. Will came and said it would be awhile and would I like to take a complimentary car and come back when done. That was great, because I had so much to do. When done I picked up the car and everything worked perfectly. My car actually got better gas mileage after they worked on it. Great Job Seeger Toyota. I have a friend that asks about my Prius, I told him he needs to buy from you, cause you guys are the best. I have found my auto home. I will go no where else.
