I brought my 2009 Venza in for an oil change and recall 'fix'. All customer service reps were busy or away, so Mr. Evers handled the check-in for me. The service tech noticed a nail in my tire that could not be repaired and alerted me to keep an eye on it, for which I was grateful. Very professional and efficient, as usual. More

Wow, I was blown away! I bought a vehicle at Lou Fusz (unfortunately). I asked for them to change the reverse warning beep in my prius to the single beep. They wanted to charge me $67 to change it. I called your service department and they said bring it in for a first time adjustment at no cost. If that wasn't enough, they took it in the following day, changed it, washed it, and completed the job in 10 min. I didn't even have time to finish the soda they offered me. Had a little problem with the vehicle being ready when I arrived but Greg handled it perfectly. He didn't blame anyone else and he repeatedly went to the service area to expedite the delivery. Also, the next day I had ink spill on the seat and I was looking for a leather cleaner. The service department said they didn't sell leather conditioner or cleaner. However, someone in the parts department "gave" me a small container of cleaner/conditioner that the service department utilizes. Nice touch. I will be back. Paul Pierron More
