Once again, our salesman, Mark Weyers helped us find exactly what we were looking for in the price range we had identified. Mark also helped us identify and obtain a few accessories we wanted to add to the car, including (but not limited to) the sun roof (which we're very pleased with!). Once again, he really went above and beyond for us, and we're extremely grateful! Also, we can't praise the Service Department enough for this experience, and all the interactions we've had over the past 2 1/2 years with the routine maintenance on our 2016 Corolla. We're sorry we can't remember everyone's name that we've encountered, but the entire staff is always very friendly, professional, and accommodating, and the car wash before we leave the lot is really appreciated! We're so glad we followed our nephew's suggestion when we were looking for our first Toyota 2 1/2 years ago. Mark Weyers and the entire team came through for us again! More

Reputation really does mean something! I live over an hour away from this dealer. My mother had been referred by a co-worker who had a very positive experience with this dealer, so she wan I live over an hour away from this dealer. I did and was pleased with the level of service and the maintenance program offered there. I had a discount as a "friends and family" member from a supporting industry in my community. The day we agreed on my new Rav4 the allowable discount was calculated into my final purchase price. I wanted the windows tinted and again, living in an hour away and a midweek holiday, I did not pick up my vehicle until the following week. At that time the discount had increased by $305. I would not have known this but my sales representative Mr. Weyers told me, "Great news we can take $305 off the price!". I don't believe 305 dollars is a great deal of money that will make or break an agreement, but I do respect the fact that this dealer had the honesty and integrity to make sure that I received every service and benefit I was entitled to. That feeling of working with trusted individuals is priceless. Ultimately I believe this dealership and the individuals who helped me, Mark and Sandy, did live up to and surpass the excellent reputation they had been previously credited with. More
