Everywhere that we went was clean. They even washed the car for us with no charge. More

First Toyota Dealer Visit in Missouri Last Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. I brought my FJ in for routine service; oil change, wiper blades, tire rotation and alignment. Pros: Scheduling w Last Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. I brought my FJ in for routine service; oil change, wiper blades, tire rotation and alignment. Pros: Scheduling was easy on the website, people were friendly in person, and initially appeared to be very efficient interns of handling the amount of Customers. Customer Lounge was very nice. My FJ was serviced as requested and returned washed. Cons: I was the second person in line and the last person to be seated with a service rep. Arrived at 7:00 am on time and left just before 10:00 am, about 15 minutes after finding my service rep for an update. Overall friendly, courteous, and nice amenities. More

Talk about going above and beyond! I've done a lot of business with Seager over the years including buying a Camry and servicing our Prius. First of all they have an amazing hybrid spec I've done a lot of business with Seager over the years including buying a Camry and servicing our Prius. First of all they have an amazing hybrid specialist mechanic who knows what he's doing and has earned my trust and respect. We had our Hybrid battery replaced a year ago and the problems we had this time we thought were connected to that and it became a nightmare as the car just stopped running on me in the middle of driving. So I called Seager and spoke with a lady whom I didn't have the best experience with at the end of the day and I was not very happy at the time. I had called the parts department to check on a warranty on our battery and there was no answer but it was the end of the day. To my shock and amazement I received a phone call after hours from James Dilley in the parts department letting me know he had seen my number on caller ID multiple times and figured it was important so he decided to call me back. In explaining to him my previous experience minutes earlier he was not very happy and promised to not only make up for it but make sure that I am completely taken care of as far as my car issues went. James is amazing to say the least! After I spoke with him and keep in mind that this is after hours, he had called another amazing employee Brian Eads in service to explain my situation and get everything set up to be taken care of for me first thing in the morning along with a rental car so I could get on with my day and not have to deal with any more stress concerning the car issue and the process. Not only did they both go above and beyond but they followed through with their word! Come to find out it was not the Hybrid battery it was another issue but they had my car complete and fixed by Monday and they didn't try to over sell me anything I didn't need. As a female I can say that's a huge thing because we get taken advantage of quite often in this industry because people assume we are not knowledgeable in this area and we just have to take their word for it. Now my baby is back to driving smoothly and I couldn't be more grateful that I had James Dilley and Brian Eads on my side to take care of everything so that it was completely stress-free and something I didn't have to worry about before during or after the service Repairs! Thank you so much for going above and beyond and taking care of me once again James and Brian. You will definitely see me in Future for service and purchase of another car! -Allison More

I travelled 600 miles from Georgia for a personal trip and they rolled out the red carpet for me. On my limited timeline we were able to communicate effectively and make a deal with few hiccups. My buying experience was incredibly easy despite my limitations. John was a pleasure to deal with and I only have praise for him. Would recommend to anyone anytime. More
