First new car; great buying experience! This is the first new car we have ever purchased. We are in our seventies and always bought used cars (always Toyotas). We bought a new one this time because we were interested in the new safety features. We rather dreaded going to a new car dealer and the whole negotiation process, but we found that working with the sales rep, Peggy Fortner, was a very pleasant and helpful experience. Peggy never pressured us, or lead us in the wrong direction. She is ver knowledgeable and sincerely wants to be helpful. We always use Consumer's Reports and it lead us to the True Car process. We picked Seeger to go to first because they have a good reputation, high ratings from the BBB and participate in the True Car process. We bought the car from them because Peggy Fortner did an outstanding job of answering our questions and providing us with the information we needed to feel comfortable with our final choice: a Camry Hybrid. Once we had made our decision, Dirk Hicks did an excellent job of helping us through the buying process. Tim Douglas came over to thank us on behalf of Seeger and give us some gifts. We could not be happier with our experience. We got the car we wanted at a very good price. More

The salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Did a good job orienting me to my options and the car itself. Finance was smooth and although they offered lots of options, they didn't push on those I declined. Over the years I've really appreciated the availability of Saturday service, walk-in service and the pleasant waiting room. I can certainly recommend this dealership. More

Purchase of Scion IA 2016 I was really looking for a used car (good gas mileage, and manual trans), but Randy Hixson sold me on the new 2016 scion. He also told me that since I was really looking for a used car (good gas mileage, and manual trans), but Randy Hixson sold me on the new 2016 scion. He also told me that since it was new, I could get it in any color I wanted, so I chose Sapphire. He had access to a while manual or a Sapphire -automatic. Randy indicated that he could trade out the white-manual for a blue one in a few days. That didn't happen - it took 3 weeks for the car to arrive at the other local dealer. But it did come in eventually, and I like it a lot. More
