Brian took the time to walk me through how to use many of the vehicle’s accessories, made sure it had an oil change, and even filled it up with gas before handing over the keys. When we had to make some last-minute changes to some logistics on our end, he handled everything with grace and genuine care, always focused on what was most convenient and easiest for us.
