2002 road king Bought a motorcycle, the only bad experience I had was the sales guys not knowing anything about the motorcycle, and a battery issue. Take your business somewhere else....HORRIBLE SERVICE! I'm out of state and contacted the sales manager by email and phone regarding a used vehicle on their lot. I told him I wanted the vehicle and placed I'm out of state and contacted the sales manager by email and phone regarding a used vehicle on their lot. I told him I wanted the vehicle and placed a credit card payment down on the vehicle. I was assured that "this is one of the biggest dealerships around and they do business all around the country...no big deal!" During the entire time getting paperwork completed, the salesman never returned calls when he said and their finance department's working of the sales numbers was off. They seemed very confused and acted like they knew answers, but really didn't. I was blown off the entire time. The salesman advised he was very busy and would get back to me....numerous times. I told them I just sold my vehicle and need to get this one asap. I even spoke with the owner, who advised he would ship the car with no problems and would take care of me. I advised I was getting my own financing and would overnight the check...which they were more than happy with. I got my check and was nearly in my car to mail the check overnight, when I spoke with a general manager who was possibly the rudest man I have ever spoken with. He flat old told me he sold the car already and made excuses for everything....this dealership is amazing at talking around subjects and not addressing issues. He even hung the phone up on me. I'm warning you...shop elsewhere. This dealership is not honest and their service is horrible. They don't care about customer service. You have been warned. More
