Everything was going well with Brian Wiersma, the sales rep, until we started negotiating the down payment. He told me to "treat it like bail money" in a voicemail and wanted me to call everyone I know to rep, until we started negotiating the down payment. He told me to "treat it like bail money" in a voicemail and wanted me to call everyone I know to get the money. He was angry. I was so offended that I walked away from the deal. I went back to collect the title from my trade-in and Brian, along with the finance manager, blew me off. All they needed to do was apologize and maybe even eat the down payment to show their sincerity of such a horrible statement. I have heard nothing from them. More
