You rarely find that and it is truly refreshing. I saw Mike last week, discussed various vehicles and pondered my trade-in. Over the Labor Day weekend (Mike actually was off), I texted Mike about shifting to a lease. When I arrived Tuesday morning, he had a vehicle ready, the numbers put together and make it a smooth process. He also had a new guy with him that he was training.....on the young man's first day! And he handled that with care and class, as well. The entire staff was friendly and small town genuine. They were professional and did not do the phony "over reaching customer butt kissing".
