MDAY2211 responded

Your service is always a frustrating nightmare of a disappointment. If you are going to over book, only take care of the walk-ins, and have zero communication with the customer about delays, the company should automatically be giving rentals to be able to go home if the dealership has screwed up so horrifically that it take 3 hours to complete a 10 minute task. The service department ABSOLUTELY needs new management to hopefully end the nightmare that is the Seguin Chevrolet service department. Begging me to call you to try to make things right is very late and lazy. If you wanted to make it right, I would have been contacted already or compensated when I was at the store living the nightmare and asking for anyone to help.
