I had a 1:30 pm appointment, I arrived at the dealership at 1:15 pm, and didn't done until 3:30. My truck wasn't taken back until 2:30. Car has been in service for 2 weeks, after being told it was fixed only to get into my vehicle after service hours to fine the issues remained.
