This service center is not in a hurry at all, and have terrible communication. It can take more than a week to get a call back. The service advisor told me the control arm needed replaced but would not gi terrible communication. It can take more than a week to get a call back. The service advisor told me the control arm needed replaced but would not give a cost or even offer to repair it. I couldn't get an inspection done for the registration which needed done because they had my car for 6 weeks. When I went to pick up the car they had it parked in and took 45 minutes to get the car out. When they finally brought it out there was a check engine light on. I asked what tripped the light and turns out there is a misfire and they never told me about it and did not offer to work on it. So after weeks of no car or communication I was given back my car with only half of the issues repaired. I've never dealt with a service department so unwilling to sell parts or work. I will never be back to this service department and will warn as many people as I can to steer clear. More

I am very satisfied with Seguin Chevrolet. The attendant that took care of me must have been new because she seemed nervous. She didn't know how to read the notes on my account. The gentleman The attendant that took care of me must have been new because she seemed nervous. She didn't know how to read the notes on my account. The gentleman next to her told her what to look for and hiw to mark my account for a free oil change. She did not do what he told her on my paperwork and kept trying to charge me. Then some random customer came and took my keys from her because he thought they were for his car and she didn't try to stop him oranything. When he realized they were not his he returned them and she didn't even notice what had happened. I was standing there the whole time watching. More
