Our experience with this dealership was, overall excellent. They greeted us at the front door and right away made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was perfect. Between our salesman, sales manager and finance manager they worked real hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted and made the final deal go real smooth. I have mixed feeling with this dealership. We love the truck we bought. However, I don't feel that the personnel that helped us were 100% honest. First of all, when we first got there supposedly someone else was looking at the truck and had to get denied before we could move forward in purchasing the truck were were interested in. 2nd, the price wasn't the same as advertised, it was actually over $2000 more because of things that were added to it but wasn't advertised. 2nd, it took 5 hours for the whole process because supposedly they were trying to get the us the best deal to finance the truck. But they would disappear for long periods of time and come back smelling of cigarettes. When they asked who I banked with, they said oh ok we work with them. Mind you, I have top notch credit. The whole time I asked how much the interest was going to be and they never told me until I spoke to their financial advisor. Again, it took us 5 hours to talk to him. The financial advisor told us that the best rate he could get us was through GM at over 9%! When I told him that that was outrageous, he said that that was the best rate and that was what rates are. I found it very hard to believe, I have a new Toyota that I am paying no more than 4%. I agreed to purchase the truck because I knew that I could do better and sure enough, the next day I was approved through RBFCU for an interest rate of 4.99%. I don't think I would go back to this dealership because of the inconsistencies. Dealership of the year or not, I know that they are there to sell. But don't take advantage of your customers. We are hard working people and don't appreciate trying to get ripped off. More
I had an appointment set up with Priscilla Recio at 9:00 am Monday morning. I had verified with her the Saturday before that they did have the vehicle I was interested in at the special price advertised and am Monday morning. I had verified with her the Saturday before that they did have the vehicle I was interested in at the special price advertised and explained to her that I was coming from 150 miles away and the only reason was for that vehicle. When I arrived, Priscilla wasn't there so I was given a different sales person. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he said he would locate it. About 20 minutes later he came back and told me that he could not find it, then he came back later and said he could not find the keys. Later on about an hour and a half in he told me it had been recalled on Sunday and then he said the vehicle had 5000 miles on it because it was a demo. He proceeded to try to sale me a similar car that was $10,000 higher in price and kept saying we will get the price down. When the final offer was drawn up, the sale price of the vehicle was $5,000 higher than the original vehicle that was advertised as new with 5 miles on it and my trade in offered to me was $7,000 lower than blackbook trade in value and NADA trade in value. It was priced out of my range so all that was accomplished was I drove 300 miles round trip and wasted a whole day and a whole tank of gas. So today the same vehicle is advertised on their website for the same reduced price, typical bait and switch. Just checked again, 12-17-22, the same vehicle is advertised for the same special price.
