Great experience! I went in expecting to work with an old friend but he has been promoted and he set me up with Priscilla Recio. It was great working with her. Last week on our way to our vacation we purchased a truck from Seguin Chevrolet. We visited the dealership specifically for a towing truck. The salesman assured us this truck was more than capable to do the from Seguin Chevrolet. We visited the dealership specifically for a towing truck. After returning home from vacation and doing more reading about the truck we discovered this particular model in fact does not meet the towing capacity recommended for our RV. So we decided to call Seguin Chevrolet and talk about this and hopefully find a resolution. I can honestly tell you no one there had any desire or even made an effort to answer or even call back about this problem. We are completely devastated by this and at this point our next step is to contact the finance company as we know not what to do next. We do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
