After an awful experience at another local dealership, I can me across Priscilla. I’ve been communicating with Priscilla for a few months now, and yes I know I’m a very needy, & stubborn, but she never gave can me across Priscilla. I’ve been communicating with Priscilla for a few months now, and yes I know I’m a very needy, & stubborn, but she never gave up on getting me into the exact vehicle I wanted. The whole experience took less than two hours and I drove off with the biggest smile ever! Priscilla is the best, easy to talk to, and always with a smile. My only regret was not going into Seguin Chevrolet a lot sooner. More

When my wife picked up our car after repair of a rattling exhaust pipe - under warranty, she asked why there was a charge as it was repaired under warranty the first time. Chuck (service manager) was rude a exhaust pipe - under warranty, she asked why there was a charge as it was repaired under warranty the first time. Chuck (service manager) was rude and belligerent and told her we had run over something causing the rattle. This is absolutely not the truth.
