Finance department added extender warranty to my purchase after I repeatedly expressed that I was not interested in the product they offered. Was told that I could cancel it after I left. Told them that was after I repeatedly expressed that I was not interested in the product they offered. Was told that I could cancel it after I left. Told them that was unacceptable, but because I already had a bank draft they said they would mail me a refund. Been over a month and no refund, the last person said the owner had to sign off or mail the check. So apparently they are keeping my money. The warranty they offered was garbage. More
