Great service! Was able to get the flat tire on my Honda Ridgeline (yes a Honda) replaced quickly! The tire could not be fixed so they had to order it . I appreciate that my vehicle was serviced quickly. I do not appreciate that the recommendation was to replace my engine when it is clear to everyone in the Chevrolet world that AFM valve lifters go ba I do not appreciate that the recommendation was to replace my engine when it is clear to everyone in the Chevrolet world that AFM valve lifters go bad because the system is poor engineering by Chevrolet. The valve lifters need replacement with new valve lifters, not an entire engine, the mechanics are very aware of this and simply do not want to do the work so it’s easier for them to say replace the entire engine. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

TERRIBLE service department. I drove an hour to Seguin to service my 1 year old new truck which I purchase from them. The engine light is on and I was getting a "Service Parkin I drove an hour to Seguin to service my 1 year old new truck which I purchase from them. The engine light is on and I was getting a "Service Parking Brake" and "Service ESC" error on my screen. The truck was sputtering and misfiring every day. After several hours of being at the service department, they said that they just needed to update the system in my truck and everything should be fixed. WRONG. The very next day, all the errors, the sputtering/misfiring is back. I finally took it to another Chevy dealer and immediately they figured out it was the lifters in my engines that needed to be replaced. Had I known Seguin Chevrolet's service department were this uncaring and unknowledgeable about their own vehicles, I would've NEVER purchased my vehicle from them. All they care about is selling selling selling and not care about taking care of their own customers. Also, a lady from the department approached me and began speaking to me in Spanish...and continued to speak to me in Spanish without asking me if I even spoke the language. I didn't appreciate her stereotyping due to my skin and hair color. I'm not of Hispanic origin and the fact that she stereotyped myself due to my color was very unprofessional. More
