The lack of communication is real , I had to call to get any kind of information on our vehicle, then was completely baffled when all of a sudden our warranty was no good as told by a manager so we go to pi any kind of information on our vehicle, then was completely baffled when all of a sudden our warranty was no good as told by a manager so we go to pick up the vehicle and they tried to charge us almost 400 for nothing only to find out they had the wrong vin number under our vehicle the whole time and then magically we had warranty and coverage and only had to pay the deductible, if we had never gone and kept calling it would have been 1,500 fix , Gabriel did take over out service and we got things situated but before him , the lack of communication is real , and the lack of customer service by service mange me apparently one of the two and another service rep before Gabriel , was awful. We have 5 vehicles bought from them , definitely expected better. Won’t be out next option next time that’s for sure . More
