My truck was in your shop for over 6 weeks. My service rep took a part off my truck without telling me first. I was told the part couldn’t be located. Then I was told my battery tested bad. I took my battery to AutoZone from where I bought it.. it tested good. And still the battery I’m using in my truck. I was told multiple prices then another for my truck. I even had to settle for a refurbished part, not a new one to get my truck back. Who helped me the most was Amber Garcia. She heard what I was saying and understood my issues. I have my issues with going back to Seguin Chevrolet to get my truck fixed again. More

I have taken my car there twice now and have been very disappointed both times. The lack of communication and the amount of time it took to fix my issues were unacceptable! If I wanted any updates on the status of my car I had to call and even then getting in touch with my advisor was difficult. They have now had my car for 2 weeks and I am only just now getting the full story of what is wrong with it. Now I am being told it will be another week and $2K more than originally thought!!! Plus my car sat for 4-5 days just because the original tech was out sick... unacceptable! I will NEVER go back here for a car or for service! More

They said they would call me back when the part was there. It’s been 2 months and no one has called me back to do the service on my car. I also scheduled a transmission service and they couldn’t do that either. Not real happy with the Service department right now. More
