Technicians said truck was fine and three days later my whole front end went out, they just didn’t want to cover the warranty that was on it. My truck was also tuned and they flashed the even back to facto whole front end went out, they just didn’t want to cover the warranty that was on it. My truck was also tuned and they flashed the even back to factory. Now I had to pay over $4000 for the front end repair and another $2000 for tuning. Would never return calls about updates until I said I would just come get my truck a month after they had it and didn’t have any answers for me. Would not recommend Seguin Chevrolet to anyone. More

I love the dealership and the personal. I think they need one improvement in their service department, they had four people at the service desk but only one person was handling all the cus I think they need one improvement in their service department, they had four people at the service desk but only one person was handling all the customer coming in. One was a manger and they were talking about her grandkids with one of the employ and the other guy said you have to get with the guy working. It seems to me that they would have more than one person helping the customers with their maintenance issues. More
