I truly don't trust that they did either ore maybe not the cabin filter because it takes a while to remove it? I don't feel Confident that it was done? My truck was in your shop for over 6 weeks. My service rep took a part off my truck without telling me first. I was told the part couldn’t be located. Then I was told my battery tested bad. I took my battery to AutoZone from where I bought it.. it tested good. And still the battery I’m using in my truck. I was told multiple prices then another for my truck. I even had to settle for a refurbished part, not a new one to get my truck back. Who helped me the most was Amber Garcia. She heard what I was saying and understood my issues. I have my issues with going back to Seguin Chevrolet to get my truck fixed again. More
