The service took to long. My chevy was there at there shop for about 2 1/2 months. And when it was giving back to me it still had issues on the engine. It took nearly 2 months, 3 separate times putting my truck in shop and it was in there roughly 3 weeks total. Total cost was just under $2000.00 as they assured me each time it was fixed. The contact person seemed more interested in her phone than helping me. I asked for a copy of the car check performed with my oil change and tire rotation. She had to get it from the tech that performed t than helping me. I asked for a copy of the car check performed with my oil change and tire rotation. They are always extremely rude towards me, it's hard to ask them what the issue is with the car anytime I bring it in. We had our car towed in on a Saturday afternoon and took it in immediately before they closed for early troubleshooting.
