Subsequently, I was able to narrow my search to 3 vehicles and made an appointment. I arrived early, you know how we do...and I was greeted by the General Manager, Robert. Immediately I was made to feel like I was a part of the family. Hassan, my "Expert Luxury Car Consultant" arrived shortly thereafter and the process was in motion. May I just say, as a side note, that the vehicles are as they appear on line. The service and internet staff, superior! Hassan was punctual, knowledgeable and responsive. Once my top choice was determined, the owner even took time to stop and speak to me. I moved to the next phase and Finance was nothing short of outstanding. The information was thoroughly prepared, clearly presented and forthright. I was recently in an accident that totaled my Mercedes-Benz and driving a rental from Enterprise. Seriously... Hassan said, we can take of that as well! Select Auto even took care of the burden I thought I had of returning the rental! Excellent service We went to the dealership based on reviewing some of their inventory online and to get a better appreciation of the convertibles we saw online. We were greeted by the Sales Manager, Robert, and our car was valeted while we were escorted to a warm reception area and served coffee. Our sales representative, Nasir, explained the differences between the cars we were interested in and took the time to pull the cars up and have us sit inside them to explain their offerings. He was a great listener and sales representative, not pushy, but informed and personal. Between Nasir and Robert, we negotiated a price we were all comfortable with and then met, Mike, the Finance Officer, who was also knowledgeable, patient, efficient and helpful. Needless to say, we ended up walking out the door, as owners of a new car to us. More
