Very easy-going staff. NO HARD SELL! I'd recommend to friend/family. Our time bumped against another appointment, but they were able to make time for all the paperwork. On NO HARD SELL! One downside: we were misinformed about the shop's ability to install necessary equipment. Instead we had to go to KC, and are still waiting for our appointment. We took it into our mechanic and they found there was a missing bolt on the brake caliper. I let the dealership know,and they were very apologetic.
