I had a problem with my truck from a water leak. I called my insurance company they took it to a body shop. They couldn’t do anything with the electrical issue. So progressive had it towed to this d I called my insurance company they took it to a body shop. They couldn’t do anything with the electrical issue. So progressive had it towed to this dealer. They took a month to diagnose it charged my insurance over $5000. Thats including over $1000 for storage fees which was their fault for the dealer not being able to fix it in a timely manner, For the truck to be a total loss. I was never even at the dealer myself. I had things stolen from my vehicle there at least $2000 dollars worth. Headphones air pods fishing tackle a noco booster pack an lcd headrest tv just to mane a few. They didn’t communicate with me at all throughout the month it was there. They blamed others for the missing items but i have pictures from when it was there with the items in the truck. Then they are missing. I never signed a release for the truck to be taken to an auction lif my truck was removed from tthis location i need to sign documents and get my personal Things out of the truck. I have the title it os in my name so basically they stole a vehicle from me also they did not have permission to do anything with it except fix it. More
