Unusual problem - methodically worked to conclusion My Jeep Wrangler engine would intermittently shut off - no helpful diagnostic codes. Identified the infamous cyl head issue with 2012 v6 - replaced a My Jeep Wrangler engine would intermittently shut off - no helpful diagnostic codes. Identified the infamous cyl head issue with 2012 v6 - replaced and repaired (under warranty). Still the problem persisted and no DTCs. Michael (Tech) remained persistent - contacting corporate and performing more troubleshooting. Found an issue with control modules/sensors - replaced and problem has disappeared for now. Thanks to Michael and special thanks to Brandon (Service advisor) for being my advocate and also finding discounts to help make the cost agreeable! More
