Somewhat disspointed Overall experience was fair at best. Waited 15 min before they checked me in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech said there was 1 customer in front of me. 2.5 hours later I finally got out. In addition they had to run the truck thru the car wash twice due to bird poop on the hood after first wash and passenger side and read was never vacuumed. The condition of facility was also disappointing. Only 1 bagel at the cafe. Trash on floor in service writer area. Vinyl seats in cafe are all torn. Seats in tv area need attention. Chairs in kids area torn. I have been customer for over 4 years and purchased 4 vehicles. Prices were not always cheapest but you used to get quality. Not any more. More

Sub par products So my mother bought a new Pacifica. Day one the transmission started stuttering. In one months time it went from a stutter to just not driving at red So my mother bought a new Pacifica. Day one the transmission started stuttering. In one months time it went from a stutter to just not driving at red lights, and now the radio turns on and off at will. The Pacifica has recalls (a lot) one of which addresses her transmission problems, a Chrysler mechanic after months of bringing it in for these issues FINALLY had it happen to him. This fool said the transmission is designed to do this.... REALLY??? the car should at a stop proceed to rev to over 4000 rpm and then drive off at around 2mph??? You designed a transmission like this???? And then the final slap in the face one of yours decided to insinuate that she just doesn't like the car and is trying to get a new one( she wanted a replacement Pacifica though but yeah she didnt like it). So from a family of pissed off car owners (3 of which are Chrysler) you can go to xxxx, and if this transmission problems causes her or our family harm, we have all the proof that you all were warned of the issue and decide to play games with us, and we will sue. So make your decision on whether or not you will replace this LEMON. More

Worst service department ever After 10 hours in their service department all they got done was oil change and recall for software update which takes less than 1 hour. When I made my appointment 5 days earlier they new windshield washers weren’t working, dome light (2nd time), drastic drop in fuel mpg and ticking sound from motor. When I dropped it off at 7:00 the service writer asked me if I was going to wait for it, thank god I didn’t. This is the second time this happened with them. Last visit I brought my 2009 in because of oil leak I never had until they rebuild the motor ($5000.00 later) they said it was the rear main seal leaking and it would be $998.00 because it wasn’t their fault. They also said I needed ball joints and an alignment ($2285.00). Took it to another shop for new tires and an alignment, they said it did not need ball joints. Both times I was told the they only have a couple of technicians they would want to work on my vehicle. Terrible service department, they lie. More

We initially had gone to another dealer - after a week of inaction and misinformation I pulled the plug on that group. I called our sales person at Fields Lexus, Don Hakker (extraordinary person!), and he put us in touch with Smitty at Fields Chrysler. Smitty was amazing! The whole process was open, fair, relaxed and professional. And as is true about ALL Fields’ dealerships; the physical building and design is upscale, pleasant and completely relaxing. Right down to the ice cream bar and the breakfast and lunch counter at Fields Lexus. Please do your homework before you decide to buy a car - learn all there is to know about the vehicle including giving the owner’s manual a glance on line. Research cost and msrp on sites such as Edmunds and understand the dealer has to make a living too. When you are ready approach the dealer with the same courtesy you expect and you should have a better car buying experience. In general though Fields’ dealerships are top notch with many people who will listen to you and understand your needs. We can’t recommend this dealer any more highly than we do! Yay Fields! More

It took them four months to get a new transmission and fix it. After two months we began to complain and they offered us a new vehicle if we paid more than $1000 for the mileage we had used. So they wanted us to pay because they can't get a part?! Chrysler sent us to a third-party who were unhelpful at best. More
Excellent and quick service!!!! When I got there I was approach by Spencer. Who gave me the good mornings and asked me how he could help me. I told him that I was there for service. He went the extra mile to do whatever it took to help me. He scan my truck and founded that it was also due for a recall. I told him that I was going to schedule them cause didn't have time that morning. He manage to have the mechanic to do at least one in the course of the service and I'm really grateful for that. I will like to really thanks Spencer for the service and people like him are one of the reasons I like the dealer. Thank you all for a great service. More
