Deceptive information during car buying process I just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from FCJDR a week ago. I very much like the vehicle; however, I am very dissatisfied with how they do I just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from FCJDR a week ago. I very much like the vehicle; however, I am very dissatisfied with how they do business. Noone would explain details about exterior/interior protection plans, lifetime warranty, and maintenance contracts. All this got rolled in to the deal. I asked for all the specific paperwork so I understand all these things...and got nothing from salesman or finance representative. In fact, I was very distinctly lied to about coverage and value. I had to do my own research after the fact to get the printed details of all these items. Once I reviewed the specifics, I canceled all these coverages. I feel the FCJDR was very deceptive in making this sale happen. Therefore, I have lost trust and confidence in their business and will most certainly not do business there in the future. More

Outstanding service This is my 2nd time servicing my vehicle at Fields. The first time was for a tricky air conditioning issue that was driving me batty but Fields figure This is my 2nd time servicing my vehicle at Fields. The first time was for a tricky air conditioning issue that was driving me batty but Fields figured out the problem and no worries since then. This time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I was surprised to see my name on a sign welcoming me as I pulled into the service entrance ; nice touch! Robert Alfonso was my service advisor and he explained all costs, approximate wait time and any service bulletins that may be due on my car. Robert was courteous and very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even asked if I had an extra few minutes so they could wash my car for free; of course I said yes. The Fields service waiting area is kick xxx! Big screen TV, free wifi, couches and tables to sit at. And a coffe bar with multiple types of free coffee and pastries. Easily the most relaxing 40 minutes I spent waiting for my car to get serviced. BTW: I don't work for Fields or know any of their employees personally. In fact I bought my Charger from another dealership. But I have to save this is the best dealership service department I have ever dealt with. I definitely will be back. Thanks Fields. More

I called and made an appointment to get my car serviced due to a recall. The appointment was scheduled for 3/30/2015 at 10 am. Prior to getting off the phone, I went to the extent of confirming the date and time of the appointment once more, to ensure it was on the date and time I requested. I went into the dealership on 3/30/2015 and was told that my appointment was scheduled for the following day. I thought it was quite stranger. They informed me, I'd have to return tomorrow. The following day, I returned to the dealership at approximately 09:45 am for my 10:00 am appointment. I was turned away once more. The service adviser informed me that they would need to keep the car all day and wouldn't be able to have it done in time for me to go to work. I was not aware that they would need the vehicle the whole day in order to fix the issue. I was told that it wouldn't take more then 2 hours. On 04/01/2015, I am due to return to the dealership for the third time, in order to get this issue fixed. I almost always get my car serviced at the location and have never had a negative experience like this. This time around, I am not pleased with the service department at the location. More

SUPPER DEALERSHIP!!! My wife and I stopped here to look at a Jeep and your salesman, Randy, greeted us and answered our questions about a new Jeep. We were about ready to My wife and I stopped here to look at a Jeep and your salesman, Randy, greeted us and answered our questions about a new Jeep. We were about ready to leave and he knew we had just sold a sports car and he asked if we would like to see a new Challenger he had on the showroom floor. We looked at it and fell in love with it. It had everything on it that we were looking for and it was even the right color. We asked for his best price and needless to say - we bought the car and like it a lot. It was a pleasure doing business here and look forward to recommending them to all our friends. More
