Bought a car there and told to come back in about a week because they wanted to do something with the lug nuts. Didn't even have the car 3 weeks and lights started coming on for brakes, anti skid and AVI. T because they wanted to do something with the lug nuts. Didn't even have the car 3 weeks and lights started coming on for brakes, anti skid and AVI. They had us bring it back to replace sensors. On the way home, noticed the hood was moving. Pulled over to check and found that the repair dept had left a wrench in there and that was why the hood would not close completely. Not even a week later the car won't drive. Had to have it towed back to Serpentini yesterday. We just made the 1st payment on this car and we can't even use it. We are senior citizens living on a very fixed income. They can't even offer us a loaner. My husband is disabled and here we are with no transportation. We can't afford to get a rental. Serpentini, wish we had never gone there! More
