Very helpful very professional. Was able to get exactly what I wanted for price that I wanted. Salesman didn’t pressure me, how they have a fifth wheel removed out of my truck trader service then it without any problems. Highly recommend the dealership. Will return for a second vehicle.

"Fixed Chevy Cruze Radio for free"

Great service! I had a sort of recall on my cruze for the radio flashing and making my lights on dashboard flash too and they fixed it for free. Drove me to work and dropped off my car at work. It was stress free and they also gave me a candy gift because it was Halloween.

"Very pleasant and helpful."

Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. My only concern with this visit was the fact I waited 3 hours to have a license plate light replaced and have a knocking noise checked. After 2 hours I was told they were finishing my paperwork, but I waited another hour before I was checked out. The knocking noise is now worse than before. Overall though, they are great people to work with. I enjoy the ease of making an appointment and their courteous attitude.

Service employees are all very good. I have never had any problems with the Service staff. I usually deal with Joe Fresno but he was off the day I went in for service. He is very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

"Worst experience had ever"

Dont get me wrong the people are friendly. Just ever since feb when got my buick from this dealership had problems from almost all tires loosing air, there is a shake that taken couple times technician road with me felt it they put on diagnostic and told me no codes so till it gets worse then bring in, engine light keeps going on/off, now stabiletrak and emergency brake light comes on frequently. I pay lot money for this vehicle and to have all this wrong then they want more money to just look at it. Really think this is lemon and never had such bad experience in my life.
