If I could give a 0 star I would, by far worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Kept pushing financing through them even though had funds already worked out, had several issues with getting the prope I have ever had buying a car. By then went and purchased the pre-owned truck and drove it off the lot and not even 10 miles down the road heard a loud squeal but didnt know if it was the truck or any vehicle near me so continued going, truck road a little rough but couldnt tell if it was the truck or bad roads, stopped to get lunch and after words saw the check engine light was actually on, took it to get scanned and it has a transmission issue and codes that were all clear less than 100 miles before I bought it, not to mention all fluids were basically empty. No help from this dealership, managers still refuse to call back, struggle to get proper answers from salesman. Absolute worst experience and advise everyone to stay away from this place. Managers dont seem to care about customers and they were more worried about foot traffic than helping a customers with a forsure sale. More
Matt Hansel took very good care of me when I purchased my 2026 Equinox. Tons of information, but, no pressure. Matt is anything, but, what one expects from a “car salesman”. We were in and out with my “Cac 2026 Equinox. Tons of information, but, no pressure. Matt is anything, but, what one expects from a “car salesman”. Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville May 31, 2025 BW I inquired about a vehicle from this dealership and started receiving what appeared to be automated (BOT or VA) responses from "Adam Shilling'. This n inquired about a vehicle from this dealership and started receiving what appeared to be automated (BOT or VA) responses from "Adam Shilling'. This name is listed in the company's list of employees, but the emails I have been receiving don't appear to be created by human hands. Very generic and broad in nature. I have responded several time with questions, but a few days later I get another email with very general statements and no answers to my questions. While I understand automated systems to manage incoming inquires, at some point if they want to sell an advertised vehicle you would think there would be a real response to potential customer inquires. Update: Not sure what is going on with this dealership. I have been trying to communicate with them for a couple of weeks now and previously got nothing but automated responses from an email account claiming to be 'Adam Shilling'. After getting a bit ornery in an email, I finally received an actual (not automated) response that stated "I want to refer you to my long distance specialist". Given that I am 150 miles away, I understand if this dealership has a specialist for non local sales. However, I have yet to receive ANY communication from anyone else. Given this Adam Shilling has yet to demonstrate any ability to do his job for this company, I highly doubt he forwarded my contact info to anyone. What is sad is that I was ready to purchase this vehicle at the time I first inquired. Now the price is 1600 lower, this dealership is not intelligent enough to understand even if I purchase today, they lose that 1600. Apparently they don't want to sell vehicles. I am still waiting. More

I have been a customer for 25 years. wanted to purchase a new equinox, they did not have what I wanted but found one in about a week. The new vehicle is fine but all facets of the financ wanted to purchase a new equinox, they did not have what I wanted but found one in about a week. The new vehicle is fine but all facets of the financing were very deceiving. I am now paying a loan for nearly $3,000 above the agreed to sale price. They say I will have the overage taken off of the principle in four to six weeks. Signing papers virtually is not the way to go. waiting to see what happens! More
