My only concern with this visit was the fact I waited 3 hours to have a license plate light replaced an Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. My only concern with this visit was the fact I waited 3 hours to have a license plate light replaced and have a knocking noise checked. After 2 hours I was told they were finishing my paperwork, but I waited another hour before I was checked out. The knocking noise is now worse than before. Overall though, they are great people to work with. I enjoy the ease of making an appointment and their courteous attitude. More

Worst experience had ever Dont get me wrong the people are friendly. Just ever since feb when got my buick from this dealership had problems from almost all tires loosing air, Dont get me wrong the people are friendly. Just ever since feb when got my buick from this dealership had problems from almost all tires loosing air, there is a shake that taken couple times technician road with me felt it they put on diagnostic and told me no codes so till it gets worse then bring in, engine light keeps going on/off, now stabiletrak and emergency brake light comes on frequently. I pay lot money for this vehicle and to have all this wrong then they want more money to just look at it. Really think this is lemon and never had such bad experience in my life. More

Head Gasket Replacement on 1990 Corvette I bought an out of state corvette recently and realized the head gasket had not been replaced correctly as it was leaking shortly after driving it hom I bought an out of state corvette recently and realized the head gasket had not been replaced correctly as it was leaking shortly after driving it home. I consulted with Dave Ramsay about repairs and he was quick to schedule my vehicle in for repairs. I travel quite a bit for work and Dave was very understanding and accommodating by coordinating his efforts through my father who was housing the vehicle at the time. Being an out of state car provided some additional (paperwork) challenges as well for me. Dave was a big help here too, willing to coordinate a meeting between myself and some folks within the dealership to provide some assistance. Throughout the process Dave kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle and informing me of what was being done and what was completed. If I need future service for any of my Chevy vehicles I will be back to Serpentini in big part because of Dave! In addition, the technician Tony who performed the work did an excellent job on my corvette. More
