I am so impressed with Serpentini We were in need of a newer vehicle, but really did not know where we should go. Talking with family and friends, I was pointed toward Serpentini, and We were in need of a newer vehicle, but really did not know where we should go. Talking with family and friends, I was pointed toward Serpentini, and specifically, Floyd. I was told that Floyd would take care of us, and give us a great deal. I spoke with Floyd on the telephone, told him what we needed, and what we could do, and made an appointment to see him. Upon arriving, Floyd had several vehicles picked out. We test drove one of them, my wife fell in love with it, and we ended up buying it. Floyd, and in fact, the entire Serpentini staff, was not what I have seen in the past. They were truly intent on helping us, used none of the high pressure techniques I have seen, and ultimately got us a very good deal that we could live with. We were taken around and introduced to various staff members in parts and service, and we generally felt very comfortable with the entire experience.
