I ended up purchasing the vehicle and had a very smooth transaction dealing with the paperwork end of things. I've been there a couple of times since my purchase for Service help as well as car washes and the entire staff have been awesome. More

Very poor experience This is the second car buying experience with serpentini Orrville. I gotta say it was the worst one. My first experience was excellent. This time was This is the second car buying experience with serpentini Orrville. I gotta say it was the worst one. My first experience was excellent. This time was the worst. So many lie. First had my trade in wrong then low balled me on the value of my trade in. I’m sorry a 2015 in very good condition and loaded and very low miles is worth more than 8 thousand. Didn’t know that’s what they gave bc sales man keep saying it would be changed never was. Took serpentini one month to pay the trade in off. So when I called and talked to the sales man about the hold up on my trad being paid off, he said the check was already sent that was a lie I literally had to do a three way call with my old bank and serpentini to get the truth. Which was not good. Second finance needed additional info but wouldn’t say anything to me. After an hour or so the sales man went to see what was going on. That’s when I found out needed additional info. It was an easy Fix on my part. Serpentini staff you really need to get your stuff together. Very disappointed in this dealership. The only good thing that came out of it was my car sadly that’s the only good thing I have to say. More
