I have worked With Mike Nichols at two different dealerships. I am car salesmen and I have bought a car and had my parents buy from Mike Nichols. Also Adam and Layla were big helps getting me all scheduled to meet with Mike and then Rachel is always helpful getting all my service needs addressed! Brian Smith also helped me a lot too when Mike has been helping someone or not available, can not recommend the team up there enough! More

I highly, HIGHLY encourage you to NEVER do business with Serpentini Orrville. We had a deposit placed on a vehicle and were told it would hold it for 30 days. We explained to them that we were just waiting Serpentini Orrville. We had a deposit placed on a vehicle and were told it would hold it for 30 days. We explained to them that we were just waiting on a check from insurance and kept in contact. This was all communicated before we ever placed the deposit. All of a sudden, they call to let my husband know that they no longer want to honor that hold and will be selling the vehicle to someone else. It hadn’t even been close to the 30 days yet. They then offered to show us a different vehicle. Every time my husband has asked for an explanation, they skirt around the question and will not give him a straight answer. He has called and texted so many times and there’s always a new excuse of why they can’t talk right now. They refunded our deposit tonight and never explained why the car they placed a sold sign on for us was now being sold to someone else while we were within our window. More

Horrible service, and sales staff. Went in and looked at a vehicle to purchase. The sales man was supposed to get back to me with the offer. No call no response reached out with in hours multiple times and no one ever called back and now the vehicle is sold and manager Adam was the first to respond with “a rude unprofessional gesture of well tuff it’s sold now, can’t help ya. They lie and are incompetent and should not be thought of on your next purchase. Hopefully who bought the 2009 Canyon from Serpentini of Oroville on September 6, 2024 was told about the Tranfer case problem and there was a check engine light on before they bought it More
