Well worth the trip Tyson Berkey was the reason for me coming back to this dealership. My son and I had stopped in November 2016 when we were looking for a Volkswagon GTI Tyson Berkey was the reason for me coming back to this dealership. My son and I had stopped in November 2016 when we were looking for a Volkswagon GTI which Tyson had exceptional knowledge of these vehicles from past employment experience as well as individual ownership. We were both impressed by Tyson's expertise and willingness to help educate us on these vehicles and even though the vehicle we came to see had been sold, he said that he would keep our number on file and call us if any became available. I just happened to be looking for another Ford Edge to replace my 2010 and saw one at this dealership listed on-line and I remembered the way that Tyson treated us previously so I went in on Monday June 12 just to see if a deal could be made and Tyson was able to make it happen. Tyson even helped me to clean-out my vehicle and transfer all the belongings into the new vehicle with the temperature being in the low 90's. It was definitely worth the trip to Orrville and I would highly recommend that you ask for Tyson if you stop at this dealership. I have been driving my new Edge for 3 weeks now and it has surpassed my expectations. Mike Hudik More

I had intentions of buying out a lease but after he recommended getting a new car I realized that was a much better option. Now, I don't have to worry about any repairs or maintenance that would have been due on my other car. I really like the new Cruze! I have had two before with leases and like the new one even better! It has more room - and being of short stature I can see out of the new one much better than the older model. I also like the back-up camera! Great Day no pressure Great Salseman!
