He brought the car we wanted to test drive right to the front door. Jonathan was pleasant and never pushy. He was nice during the test drive. He let my husband & I have a private talk without interruption or hovering around us. The facility was extremely clean (including the restrooms!). Jonathan offered water, soda & snacks. Total time in the door to driving off the lot was only 3 hours! Everyone we interacted with was friendly with no typical "used car salesman" vibes. We had our financing pre-arrangement through our local credit union prior to our arrival which is not typical. Serpentini was able to complete the rest of the paperwork with minimum efforts. We would shop the Serpentini family again. More
