Mr Thomas, were sorry to hear about your experience in service. This is NOT ok with us. As a company, we hire people, people make mistakes. Its on us as a company to make any of those mistakes "right". We would be just as frustrated if we were in your shoes. One thing I'm glad about, is that Jeff didn't give you an explanation. That would have been a lousy excuse. there is no reason or Excuse that would have been good enough. I'm also glad he credited your bill as a goodwill gesture.
