I wasn't able to drive out until several weeks later, but John Williams would text me updates on the car and promised to let me know if it was gone before I made the 3 hour trip to come see it. Once I arrived, they worked extensively with me to make sure I got a great deal. Definitely worth the trip...and I love my new to me car! More

GREAT customer service I had a amazing customer service at Serpentini! I was in Thursday because my car was not going to make it any longer, and both of my parents have boug I had a amazing customer service at Serpentini! I told him what I needed/wanted and he delivered! He sold me on a 09 Chevy Malibu! It has been 3 days and I love it! My experience My husband convinced me to go to a dealership to look at a car. Right of the bat, we expressed our reason was to test drive a car and talk about the price. We had a set amount to use for a used car, and made an offer. Was disappointed on the fact that the price was only reduced by $150. I wanted to walk away but my husband kept me there and there was no budging with the price. We even said that we could write a check for the price we wanted. We left with no car. A couple days later we got a call back that the price was dropped a little more, still not in our price range. I didn't want to go back to the dealership but my husband once again talked me into getting the car. We went back to the dealership. We ended up paying more than we really wanted. While we were filling out paper work, we were told that the car was being detailed. Car not detailed only washed, antifreeze in washer fluid reservoir. My husband drained and cleaned it. Only one key with the car. More

I was given ample detail about my car and know that if I have any questions I will be treated with the same courtesy even though the deal is done.
