Worth the drive I recently lost a 2014 Chevy Malibu as the result of hitting a deer. I contacted the dealership and was directed to Ray Hawks who made the whole deal happen very smoothly. I was with kindness and in no phase of the process did I ever feel high pressure. I was given ample detail about my car and know that if I have any questions I will be treated with the same courtesy even though the deal is done. I drove from Weirton WV to Orrville and would do it again. More

Was disappointed on the fact that the price was only reduced by $150. I wanted to walk away but my husband kept me there and there was no budging with the price. We even said that we could write a check for the price we wanted. We left with no car. A couple days later we got a call back that the price was dropped a little more, still not in our price range. I didn't want to go back to the dealership but my husband once again talked me into getting the car. We went back to the dealership. We ended up paying more than we really wanted. While we were filling out paper work, we were told that the car was being detailed. Car not detailed only washed, antifreeze in washer fluid reservoir. My husband drained and cleaned it. Only one key with the car. More
