Thank you for getting back to me! I do apologize for the error. I reviewed what happened with everyone involved, as well as with the General Manager. It was an honest mistake in the interpretation of what "non GM Lessee" meant, the people you work with had thought that it meant as long as you do not have a GM lease in your house you would qualify. Clearly that was an error on our part. We've reviewed it with our team and made sure everyone is clear on the definition. Again, I do apologize for our error and for your inconvenience.
