This is a rather long drive from my house but since we were in the almost nearby area on a flop vehicle showing we decided to stop by. The vehicle had not gone through it's service yet after being accepted in as a trade in however the salesman, Matt, explained this condition as we neared the dealership. There were some minor flaws/repairs and I told him that we had some other vehicles to look into first and left. A week later I contacted him about a second opinion from my wife and decided to take the long drive down. The vehicle cleaned up well and the minor problems had been addressed. We bought the vehicle and drove it home. More

Customer Service Still Exists When my husband and I first walked into the dealership we thought that it would be a "similar" car dealership experience (which have not been too enjo When my husband and I first walked into the dealership we thought that it would be a "similar" car dealership experience (which have not been too enjoyable), the "Serpentini" experience continued to improve throughout our visit. The dealership was very busy that morning, but all of the staff were courteous, pleasant, and aiming to truly please the customer. We purchased a car that day and the processing experience was painless and seamless. I would definitely do repeat business with Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville in the future!
